Free Shipping Promotion

Offer. TriForest Enterprises, Inc. (“TriForest”) provides free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $750.00 or more, placed at store.triforest.com.

Qualifying subtotal. TriForest calculates the subtotal after all discounts, coupons, and credits are applied. Taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, and surcharges do not count toward the $750.00 threshold.

Eligible destinations. This offer applies only to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia).

Shipping method. Free shipping applies to standard ground service only. TriForest selects the carrier and service level. Expedited, overnight, and scheduled delivery options carry standard charges.

Single shipment. Each order must ship to one address. You cannot combine separate orders to reach the threshold.

Returns and cancellations. If a return, cancellation, or partial refund drops your order subtotal below $750.00, TriForest may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Changes to the offer. TriForest may modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without notice. Orders placed before a change will be honored under the terms in effect at checkout.

Combining offers. This promotion may be combined with other offers unless the other offer states otherwise.

Final authority. TriForest reserves the right to refuse free shipping on any order that does not meet these terms, or that shows signs of abuse, fraud, or resale arbitrage.

Exclusions

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and international addresses
• APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
• P.O. Boxes (where the carrier cannot deliver ground freight)
• Orders that require LTL freight, pallet shipment, or liftgate service
• Oversized or overweight items, as determined by carrier dimensional weight rule

Excluded products. Certain products do not qualify for free shipping. These items are marked “Not eligible for free shipping” on the product page. Excluded products do not count toward the $750.00 subtotal, and standard shipping rates apply to them. If your order contains both eligible and excluded products, free shipping applies only to the eligible items, provided their subtotal reaches $750.00.
